another person in private?

Does it feel like...

you are one person in public and...

Being a trauma survivor is confusing, dehumanizing and feeling victimized over and over again.  You feel like there is no moving forward because you are stuck and unsure of how to fall in love with yourself.

I have been there.  I know what it is like to live in victim mode for years, waking up every morning with the hopes that the day would be different.  That I would wake up and be able to look at my reflection with love instead of hatred.

My healing came to me in an unexpected way.  Blogging.  It took me from victim to survivor and helped me to create a community of women around me that cheered me on through the healing process.

Writing is therapeutic.

Writing is an emotional tool.

Writing will help you to get out of your head.

And that is why I created the Blog to Heal program.

Blog to Heal

This program was specifically designed for trauma survivors who are looking to add a new way of healing into their toolbox.

As a survivor myself, I help teach you the tools that I learned and still use to heal and grow in my self-love.

It is time for us women, who are trauma survivors, to stand up and begin to share our stories.  This is when the real change is going to begin.

I will walk you step by step through the process of sharing your story through a blog while teaching you healing techniques that will help you to heal on a deeper level.

Now is the time to build a safe place for yourself to heal, grow and show other women that they are not alone.

Learning how to heal

You may not be at the part of your story where you are ready to begin to share it with the world.

I created the Blog to Heal program as a way to build up your healing journey BEFORE you begin to share it with the world.

A few unique benefits to this program...

1. It is a combination of a group program and a 1:1 program.  What do I mean by that?  I know that in the beginning of  your journey, you may not be ready to share it with other people. For the first 6 months of this program, ALL of the work we do together is 1:1.  This allows you to begin to feel safe with me.  That is my NUMBER ONE priority when it comes to you.  For the second 6 months of this program, you have the option to join together as a group so you will get group and 1;1 coaching.  It is NOT mandatory but up to you and your comfort level.

2. You DO NOT have to publish your blog at any time of the program.  Yes, I will help you create a blog and I will help teach you how to share your story BUT you NEVER need to hit the publish button on your website.  That is totally your decision and I will support you in ANY way that I can.

3. This is NOT  a therapy session or program. I am NOT  trained in counseling.  I am teaching you from a place as a survivor.  I know what it is like to be a survivor and that brings a unique perspective for me to be able to share with you.
